Information will never be sold or given to other parties. Customers will only receive emails pertaining to their orders. Phone calls are only made when there is an issue pertaining to an order. Phone numbers will never be used for marketing purposes. Billing information is never saved in our system to ensure security.

Return

Icewolf Enterprises customers have 14 days after receiving their order to make notice of need to return. The product must be returned in original packaging and like new condition for any refunds to be considered. If the wrong product was received then Icewolf Enterprises will require the customer to ship back the incorrect product at our expense. Once that is received the correct product will be shipped immediately. If the product was damaged in shipping then Icewolf Enterprises will file a claim and ship out a replacement. Icewolf Enterprises will request the customer to send pictures of the damaged package and product which will be necessary to file the claim. A thorough inspection will be made of all products returned to Icewolf Enterprises. To start the return process please send us a message via our contact us page on our website.
